Data shared among NECESSITY Partners (R Jonsson, W-F Ng, J-E Gottenberg and X Mariette) and others show the power of systems biology for stratifying patients suffering from primary Sjögren’s syndrome. This work has recently been submitted for publication.
In a co-culture model of B lymphocytes and epithelial cells, a team led by NECESSITY partners (G Nocturne, X Mariette) shows that leflunomide reduces the activation of B lymphocytes. The manuscript entitled “Salivary gland epithelial cells from patients with Sjögren’s syndrome induce B lymphocytes activation” has recently been submitted for publication.
